Selling Your Home:

1. Let's Talk 

Once you have made the decision to work with our team, we will evaluate comparable homes and analyze market trends in order to competitively price your home. We will also discuss all closing costs so that you are fully prepared for what's to come. 

2. Setting the Stage

We will first launch your home as a Coming Soon (subject to new regulations) to generate interest, while monitoring traffic and evaluating pricing and gathering qualitative feedback. Then we will use our effective Marketing Strategies to get your home ready for a quick and successful close. This includes staging, floorplan, photography, inspections, surveys, etc. Everything that will help us to give your home the perfect image for a productive reaction in the current market. 

3. Spreading the Word

The next step is to then get your home into the MLS and syndication. We will also network within our Compass realm to attract potential buyers. This will also include Marketing via print and digital advertising as well as signage. 

4. Making Connections

As your chosen Real Estate team, it is our number one priority to ensure that we reach as many potential buyers as possible. This includes constant Lead follow-up as well as broker events (subject to current restrictions).  

5. Communication

It is our sole responsibility to provide our clients with the service that works for them, according to their preferences. That is why communication is key! We will have at the very least, weekly progress reports (listing statistics, price assessment, general updates), which will be in the form of in-person meetings and video calls. We will also always be available via mobile or text for anything that should come up in between our scheduled meetings. 

6. Negotiation

Once we have received an offer and you have made the decision to accept, we will then move forward with the escrow process and work toward removing the contingencies within the purchase contract. *Negotiations can sometimes go back and forth several times before the buyer and seller come to agreeable terms. 

7. Escrow/Under Contract

Our team will walk you through the necessary steps for Escrow, which will include inspections, Title documents and Title commitment and Disclosures. We will stay on top of scheduling, deadlines and keep you apprised of what to expect. 

8. Closing

Congratulations! You have reached the final stage in the process of selling your home. Our team will be there with you each step of the way. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
