I have had a few attempts in the past looking for a house with other companies. Usually ended up being more that they wanted to sell me a house the bank wanted, regardless of what I was actually looking for.

I figured I'd check with my company's real estate team for advice and they introduced me to Brody Stinson. Finally someone that gets what I'm looking for. My top priority was a nice garage, I'm a car guy. We checked some places out that just weren't doing it for me. Then THIS place comes onto market. He was on it in an instant. He was able to reach out to them and got me a showing before anyone else.

Brody didn't just find me a house that fits the description. He was able to answer any questions I had about the house, the area, what to expect, and was good about not forgetting the details.

I'm no expert on house shopping, and usually find the process stressful or tedious. He was extremely helpful and had no problem finding the place I was looking for. The experience was much better than what I was dealing with at other companies. He was professional, but more like a friend in the business rather than someone trying to sell me a house. He never persuaded my decisions, never tried to squeeze me into something I wasn't wanting, never pressured me, worked with my schedule, and actually listens and tries to understand what it is you really want. And when he finds it, and it's what you want, he'll do everything he can to help get you in.

Even beyond finding me this awesome house, he also has a ton of resources for anything you might need once you get moved in. You need an electrician (or anything), he can hook you up with contact info.

A year later, and I'm still happy to have worked with him. I love the house, it's everything I was looking for. I would (and do) happily refer him to any and everyone. If I ever start looking for another place, I'll definitely be hitting him up again.
