An experienced agent, Martin is known for his extensive market knowledge and ability to help buyers and sellers navigate complexities of the real estate process. He is an analytical thinker with a penchant for numbers. A San Francisco native with an MBA in real estate and finance from The University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business, Martin has sold real estate in Colorado for 20+ years, and is well versed in the neighborhoods of both Denver and Boulder. His expansive resource network provides an insider’s perspective on established neighborhoods and areas of emerging opportunity. Martin believes a good agent shouldn’t be put in a “geographic box” and enjoys working with a wide range of clients across the Front Range, from first timers to seasoned buyers or sellers on their third, fourth, or seventh property. When Martin isn't at work you can find him on the golf course or at his home in Mexico with his wife and business partner Shelli and their two Jack Russell terriers George and Olive.

Whether you’re looking for the best bakery in Berkeley or the best coffee shop in Uptown, Shelli can act as your guide. In addition to her familiarity with the region, her enthusiasm for Denver is unmatched, and she loves introducing people to the community’s vibrant mix of classic charm and refreshingly modern vigor. Shelli’s introduction to real estate came after owning and running a boutique landscaping company, where she crafted truly jaw-dropping gardens and outdoor spaces for her clients. After 25 years, Shelli decided to sell the company to pursue other goals, including culinary school (where she also worked as an instructor). A few years later, Shelli joined her husband Martin in real estate business. Shelli enjoys working with a wide range of clients, and she is particularly skilled at helping clients see the true potential of a property. Whether it’s an estate in Cherry Hills or a Mid-Century in Wheat Ridge, her extensive background in landscaping, as well as her attention to detail and eye for design, allows her to be there for her clients in the best ways possible. Shelli’s warm personality and optimistic attitude ensure everyone she works with feels comfortable and taken care of, and her creative strategies are proven to help her clients find properties that are just right for them. In her free time, Shelli enjoys gardening, training for half-marathons, and spending time with her husband Martin and their two Jack Russell Terriers, Olive and George. Favorite activities include; travel, getting involved with Denver’s Museum of Contemporary Art, throwing dinner parties, and eating tacos at their gorgeous modern home in Mexico.

Emily has always been drawn to working in a hands-on field that requires strong attention to detail, and had a successful (albeit calorie filled) career as a Pastry Chef working at several award winning restaurants in Denver. She eventually switched to an industry filled with empty carbs, and was the Operations Manager of a brewery for several years, managing the day to day operations and being an overall Jill-of-all-trades. Deciding that she had her (literal) fill, she pursued a career in Real Estate. Since 2017 she has been diligently working alongside numerous agents, consistently going above and beyond to help them seamlessly get to the Closing table. She is a Colorado native who enjoys the great outdoors (from a patio, preferably... with a margarita in hand) and spending time with her family and pets.
